Designed for runners who over pronate, the updated supportive MIZUNO WAVE PLATE enhances stability by preventing arch collapse while enabling smooth weight transfer. The breathable mesh upper ensures a secure, comfortable fit. Recent versions of the Inspire were a little firm for many runners, but with the Wave Inspire 22, this all changes. Runners of all levels needing rearfoot stability or simply a reassuring ride will benefit from the greater cushioning and smoother transition.

MIZUNO WAVE (Support type) is designed for people who over pronate. The anatomical plate shape follows the shape of the foot for smooth weight transfer from ground contact to kick off. The seamless mesh upper provides excellent breathability and a comfortable fit.

MIZUNO ENERZY NXT midsole material is light weight and offers a soft and bouncy running sensation.
