If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We accept returns for orders within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method used.

Please note the following requirements for our return policy:

 

• Below are some examples of common exceptions. 
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Return Process:

Please ensure item being returned is suitable packaged to avoid damage in transit. Please included order number for ease of reference. Please return product in store or, if you are using a courier service, please return to the following return address:

Exchanges for faulty or damaged items:

Where an item is found to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, our standard process is to first collect the item from you and inspect it before a replacement is dispatched. This allows us to confirm the fault and ensure the correct replacement is sent to you. Once collection has been confirmed and the inspection is complete, we will arrange for your replacement to be dispatched as quickly as possible.
